My name is Jennifer. As people go, I think I’m pretty nice. I am working hard to be a better me, though. My hobbies include volunteering (you can’t go wrong with the ASPCA, I say), knitting, sewing, travel (Provence, Costa Brava, Alaska and Vieques in 2012!), planning big things, and reading. I’m also a huge fan of Masterpiece Mystery, which helps the knitting go faster on lazy Sunday afternoons.
If I could have one superpower, it would be the power to make people poop their pants. There’s an explanation for that, too long to post here.
If I could change one thing about myself, it would be the degree to which I care what other people think.
If you asked me what I hoped the new year would bring, aside from world peace, affordable healthcare, substantial personal weight loss, jobs for folks who need them, and an end to cruelty and apathy in general, I guess I’d say a new, quieter life, more time to work on me, and the ability to exercise financial restraint (when it comes to yarn.)
