In the middle of change, which is always maddening, sometimes saddening, and every once in a while, it’s thrilling. It’s like a carnival game — you never know what the spinner’s going to bring you.
My fingers are crossed that arrow’s going to land right smack dab in the middle of thrilling, but I’m prepared for maddening, too, because there are tools to help:
